The rights of all uploaded posts belong to Ertiqa , including the property right and the resulting rights such as intellectual property rights, publishing, modification, alteration, production, reproduction and any other rights with the obligation to mention the name of the designer.

The participant is not entitled to dispose of the submitted content or any of the tools used in it by selling, publishing, investing or any other actions, and in case of violation of this, he will have acted on what he does not own and bear all the consequences and damages arising therefrom.

In the event of any dispute over the intellectual property of the submitted video, the responsibility rests with the owner of the vedio without any liability to Ertiqa .

Any entry that proves infringement of intellectual property rights or copyright, whether by theft, imitation, or tampering, or committed any legal violation according to the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to obtain the prize, the participation will be excluded from the competition and may expose itself to legal accountability and return the prize to Ertiqa note that the liquidation process is strict and scrutinizes all details and rights of participation.
- By submitting the entry to the Contest administration, the video maker grants Ertiqa the right to download and use it for display as well as to use parts of the film in any promotion.
